Job Title: Warranty Sales Executive

A new team member is required to join our Service Team based in Woking, Surrey to sell Warranties for Large Format Printers to existing and new customers.

You will be responsible for calling customer, Account holders and prospects on a regular basis. The objective of these calls will be to build a good relationship, determine customer needs and to promote the sale of Warranty Service products.

You will need to be efficient using Office, have a confident telephone manner and be ready to join our team! Your new colleagues will provide encouragement, assistance and training to assist you in your new role where you will receive a basic salary and earn commission on every sale.

Our offices in Woking are on the main bus route and only a 5 minute walk from the train station plus there is on site parking (if you drive)!

Job Title: Telemarketing Assistant

Hours: 20 hours per week Mon-Fri : flexible hours to suit

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Telephone follow up of all direct mail campaigns, generating sales leads for the team.
  • Telephone follow up of customer or prospect lists provided by the Sales Director.
  • Telephone customers or prospects to promote exhibitions and/or seminars
  • To record full details of contact with customers and prospects on the Contact Management Database.
  • To keep working area clean, tidy and safe in line with Repropoint’s Health and Safety policy.
