M•A•R•S is a Marketing Asset Resource System which streamlines your marketing asset creation and distribution process. It enables multiple site collaboration for storing assets and artwork templates with variable content, with proofing approval flows. To ensure you maintain your brand integrity and consistency.

Multi-User

You can invite and allocate users to your MARS system to give them access to all your marketing assets, which are available for downloading or ordering. This saves marketing time by saving unnecessary admin tasks when a staff member suddenly decides they need something urgently.

Secure Storage

MARS is a cloud-hosted platform offering secure storage and access control. It includes integrations for Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth2, and SAML2 authentication methods, which enhance data security for users and clients. The system also supports robust security protocols through its secure cloud hosting and storage, allowing businesses to manage sensitive assets safely.

Access Privileges

You can set up different access rights for other staff members. For example, a manager can download or order items for their team, but the team members can only view the assets if they have permission.

Budgeting

You can keep control of the marketing budget by setting up budgets for each project, office site, team or user. Different cost centres can be given different periods to restrict how much users can spend and how often.

Authorisation

With budgeting and access control, a user can request to download or order a quantity of marketing assets, which a manager must sign off on. The manager can edit, change, or cancel the request accordingly, and the user will be informed automatically.

Template Architecture

Your static library of marketing assets can become dynamic by adding template fields and allowing users to add and edit data depending on their requirements. This could be as simple as a site address or as complex as a food menu with changing content and pricing.

Stock Management

Some marketing items cannot be produced singularly or in small quantities or may be required at short notice. We can keep these items in stock for you to call off as and when you
require them. Items such as clothing and promotional merchandise often fall into this category. M·A·R·S manages your inventory with an easy-to-use ordering system that shows real-time stock. You can select items and specify delivery addresses.

Mailing and Fulfilment

Using MARS, you can specify multiple delivery addresses to which items can be sent, and if necessary, a selection of items can be collated into a bespoke solution. A sample pack with supporting literature sent directly to a customer is a typical example.
